    BUYER BEWARE USE "AUTO CHECK"

    Provided by
West Coast Auto Mall with Chris Gamble, Dana Gamble and Steve Ketchum sell Devalued, Damaged Cars on AutoTrader, Ebay and Cars_com. HOW? They purchase red light, frame damaged cars cheaply auto auctions and then sell them on their lot. Most people cannot detect this damage, but a good inspection will reveal this defect. AUTOCHECK? Most CarFax reports do not contain auto auction reports; however, AutoCheck does reveal some (not all) auto auction announcements. According to AutoCheck about 75% of West Coast Auto Mall cars have frame/unibody damage auction announcements. WHY? Buying frame damaged cars is something not easily noticed to the untrained eye. Then they advertise prices below NADA value, say save thousands, and "full factory warranty". However, if it's too good to be true, then it probably is. THE CONTRACT: No matter what they say or how they advertise, this is the bottom line on the contract. 1. All used cars are sold AS-IS, no warranty. You will pay all costs for any repairs needed. The dealer assumes no responsibility for any repairs, regardless of any oral statement about the vehicle. 2. All vehicles sold by West Coast Auto Mall are 'AS IS'. If a vehicle comes with the balance of a manufactures warranty, then this is between the buyer and the manufacturer. 3. West Coast Auto Mall does their best to inspect all vehicles but we only guarantee a clear title with no brands. We do not guarantee the vehicle has never been in any type of accident. 4. All promises, statements, understandings or agreements are expressly waived. Basically they can tell you ANYTHING, but you sign the contract giving them the authority to LIE TO YOU.

Car Review - West Coast Auto Mall - Florida Dealer

    Provided by
Recently purchased a 2007 Honda Pilot EXL with a sunroof. I love the Honda SUV because it has the 3rd row of seating and when we don't need it - turns into a big cargo area. Had 36k miles and is in very good condition. Chris and Steve were reasonable to deal with and didn't waste my time, which I really appreciated. Think I might have paid a little too much, but the Honda was in such great shape and the wheels were brand new Goodyears -- that it was overall a good purchase. I would recommend West Coast Auto Mall to anyone.

West Coast Auto Mall - bought 2009 Lexus IS 350

    Provided by YP.com
Bought my 2009 Lexus IS 350 from West Coast Auto Mall last month and so far - I'M LOVING IT.

Chris Gamble, owner at West Coast Auto, tracked down the exact car that I wanted. Took about 2 months, but it was worth the wait. It's all white with tan leather. Had a small scratch about 4 inches long on the drivers seat, which Chris had fixed pretty well. Small scrape on rear bumper, looks like shopping cart damage, but I'll live with that for awhile.

My Lexus has a powerful 306-horsepower V6 that performs great with the rear-wheel-drive layout.

    Value = great price

Location = not too bad to find the dealership

Car = got my top choice

People = interested in finding me the right car, didn't force me into an early choice (I almost bought the 2nd car presented, but Chris recommended waiting, unless I really wanted it).

Best part of the whole process is how easy it was. I gave Chris a list of 2 models and 3 colors in my order of preference. He called twice with possibilities, but they didn't work out. 3rd time was the charm and Chris even got the Lexus for $600 less than anticipated.

Also got the navigation system -- love it, but wish I could operate it more while in motion.

    too good to be true

Was going to purchase a nicely priced Lexus from WC, but after inspection I was told it had non-factory parts on the front end. Great list price, but now I know why.

Thank you for warning me about West Coast Auto Mall

    Provided by YP.com
You know, I try to give a company the benefit of the doubt when someone complains about them. In this case, I decided to use Autocheck on a West Coast Auto Mall Lexus. They have some great prices on their Lexus, but I digress. Here's the vin for a Lexus I was interested in JTJBT20X950068939. Autocheck shows this car has frame damage and was announced at the dealer auction. What does West Coast say about this car? No known accidents. Yeah, the buyer really needs to BEWARE!!! Thanks for the heads up.

    Buyer BEWARE

    Provided by YP.com
Buyer Beware!! Use AutoCheck. West Coast Auto Mall promotes CarFax on their website; however, please realize that CarFax does NOT contain auction reports, but AutoCheck does. According to AutoCheck, the car I purchased from West Coast Auto Mall has frame damage that was announced at dealer auction. Too bad I only checked with CarFax. Anyway, if you buy here, your contract will be AS-IS, and any factory warranty will be between you and the manufacturer. You better have your car inspected at the brand named dealership and validate your warranty. BEWARE. Tonight, I subscribed to a 60 day AutoCheck report and I ran all 23 car vin numbers on their lot. Guess what?! One-third had frame damage. That's 8 out of 23 cars. BEWARE.
