UPS has never lost any package that I ordered; and I have been using their service for over 20 years. I even ordered this deskstop computer from Dell using Ups. I purchased the computer on Friday; on Monday, UPS was at my door with it. Hey, maybe your problem was just a isolated case. Every company may fumble, depending on what employee is working that day. But, I have never had any problem with UPS or Fedex.. Last year I ordered an air conditioner from Amazon--I picked it up at a UPS Store. Thank You UPS for your good service!!!!
Chill out, people! All of these drama queens weeping because they ordered stuff just days before Christmas and didn't get it when they thought they should. Now life is over and it's all UPS's fault! News flash...the world doesn't revolve around you or your spoiled brats. Sometimes in life you have to learn to wait your turn. (SHOULD HAVE USED ALL CAPS FOR EXTRA EMPHASIS AND LET EVERYONE KNOW HOW OUTRAGED I AM!) UPS does the best they can even when they get overloaded.
