This location LOST my package and I am thinking it was just stolen all together. I am so upset that nothing has been done to locate the shipment. It was a single 20lb box shipping from a UPS store (who packed and labeled it) from NJ to Texas. And as SOON as it went to the CACH Hodgkins, IL location, it went lost for good. No one will even really tell me what happened to it, no one is looking for this shipment and I am exhausted from trying to get answers. I have spent hours upon hours contacting everyone at UPS I can get to to talk to me and still no answers....it has been 5 weeks. Ugghh. Help!
Chill out, people! All of these drama queens weeping because they ordered stuff just days before Christmas and didn't get it when they thought they should. Now life is over and it's all UPS's fault! News flash...the world doesn't revolve around you or your spoiled brats. Sometimes in life you have to learn to wait your turn. (SHOULD HAVE USED ALL CAPS FOR EXTRA EMPHASIS AND LET EVERYONE KNOW HOW OUTRAGED I AM!) UPS does the best they can even when they get overloaded.
I am so angry at this UPS location right now. I ordered my kids 'Santa" present from Amazon on Dec 8th and it arrived at this location on Dec 12th. Now it's almost the 20th and it's never left the warehouse and was supposed to be delivered to me on the 15th. I have called several times and have received no answers as to where my package is or help of any kind. I have also watched other items I've ordered after this one be scanned in and out of this location. I am so angry my kids won't be receiving a present from Santa this year thanks to the incompetence of UPS.
This place is a joke i just called 3 different number and neither of them work. So i got on the Corporate website in the chat and asked for a number to the facility because they have been holding my package for 10 hours. she said awe im sorry give me one second to check on that information then said oh, im sorry but we dont except incomming calls to our facility or that facility. WHAT!!?? So i asked how was that even possibly! Then she quickly stated that my item was shipped from the facility. yeah right, coincidentally maybe 5 min prior to me speaking to her. Hmph, i'm hoping they have not lost my engagement ring or we gonna have a major issue. they 3 hours away so they damn ring better be in Iowa 3-6 hours from now. NO stars from me
I've been trying to call this facility for over an hour now and the line is continuously busy! I'm wondering if the phone is off the hook. Considering I'm having the same problem as SEVERAL people who have left a review, it sounds like there is no point in trying to get ahold of them. My package arrived at their facility on 7/13 and here it is 7/18! I don't understand how they can get away with this....OVER AND OVER AGAIN!!! This is total BS!!!
I called to have an order returned to me and within 1 hour had the problem solved and now they cannot reverse the return to sender order. They state this is due to security reasons... I call BS on that because I paid to send the package in the first place! I will NOT be using UPS again!!!!
