I visited Advantage a few moths back with my cousin to purchase a 2013 chevy Malibu and I was so pleased with the service that I returned in June and purchased a 2013 Chevy Malibu for myself. The Advantage Chevrolet team was friendly from the moment I walked in to the moment I drove off their lot. I would encourage new customers to visit Advantage for a test drive and speak to Mike the sales man for a great experience.

I was completely satisfied with the purchase of my 2011 Chevrolet Impala. The staff at Advantage in Hodgkins was simply terrific. I especially want to commend to you Steve Miller who was my salesperson. Steve has wonderful qualities; he listens to you truly listens. When I told him I am suffering hearing loss he spoke clearly and loud enough for me to hear him comfortably. He was extremely helpful in processing the sale and then later explaining the options of the car. He made sure I understood, could work the controls, and that the car was my satisfaction. I have dealt with many salespersons over the years and I can truly say Steve Miller is a gem.

I also received great service from the sales manager Mark Ott who explained fully the On Star and other programs, and from Mark Brown who arranged my financing with Bank of America.

The entire staff from the lovely young lady who greeted us at the door to the young man who took the video at the completion of our sale are to be commended.

Advantage Chevrolet has a terrific service department, however, I am only a stones throw from advantage Chevrolet in Bolingbrook which is where I will take the car for service.

It has been almost 16 yrs since I last bought a new car. Gotta say I was nervous at first, but Jose made me comfortable.

Advantage Chevrolet has a frist class dealership! After 2 new chevys I'm very pleased. Steve Jaeger has always been very helpful and does a great job going over the cars with me and Marilyn. Also their staff in the maint dept are great.

This was the best buying experience I've ever had. Im really happy with my car and the service that advantage gave me.

Every time I have brought my car in, I have gotten it back with something else broken on it and several times the original problem was not repaired correctly. Service Mgrs just don't give a care either.
