        The treatment is based on the number of face-to-face hours the caseworkers and therapists are required to meet to avoid getting fired rather than on the needs of the clients. Morale is low among staff; turnover is high.

        Alright alright alright I am registered sex offender 4 case that happen 18 years ago and a half a real bad drug habit and for a person like me there are no drug rehabs available for sex offenders song on whatever Guidance Center couple times trying to seek help and some of the programs on upset me either and someone that programs don't
