Paradise Cove Tanning Salon

I've been coming to this salon for a number of years and i love this place. I'm always greeted when i come in the door. The beds are very clean. I just love the atmosphere... if your looking for a tanning salon i recommend paradise cove...

The service is really good and the people are always pretty nice but I go to school from 7-1130 then work from 12 to 9 so closing at 8 on Friday 6 on Saturday and 5 on Sunday that just sucks

I have read all the negative reviews on here and sorry, I just don't see any of that. I have been going to Paradise Cove since probably 2009 and the ladies are great there. They all remember me and only once did they forget to turn my bed on but she was by herself and stuff happens!! Common Sense is used about Goggles goodness gracious. Yes the ladies are young but the few are married and have children. They all are great!!! I think there are some miserable people just looking for gripe issues!! I would tell anyone who wouldask me for a good tanning salon to go here. They will even stay extra time if you aret running late and get there 5 minutes before it closes - they have done it at least twice for me.

I love this place. I am not the owners friend. I just asked her, her name today. I have nothing but positive feeling towards this salon.I have never once had a bad experenience. The employees are sweet, the prices are awesome and the location is perfect. I have NO complants.

Got on yellow pages.com to find a local tanning bed and ran across the reviews for Paradise Cove Tanning in Hiram and wanted to share my experience; wasn't even close to what is described below. I personally found the owner of this facility to be unprofessional and inconsiderate. When I read the reviews below I question who wrote them because it sounds like a different place.



My experience-I bought so many visits and was told they didn't expire. I know I specifically asked because I had a child who was frequently in the hospital and waiting for transplant out-of-state. I didn't have my expected delay due to transplant however as my son did not make it to transplant. Granted it was several months before I even thought of doing something for myself again and one of my first thoughts in this direction was to tan as it had always made me feel better about myself in the past. When I presented to tan on my previously purchased visits I was told they had expired by a young girl working the front desk. I explained to her what I had been told and she said that I should just discuss the situation with the owner and with her permission my previous remaning visits could be reinstated and that there should be no problem. With that I purchased an additional 10 visits as I had planned on tanning so this would allow me to tan that day and talk with the owner at a later time. The following day I went back and the owner was at the front desk. I explained what I had been told about my previous visits not expiring and what the young girl had said the previous day. KNOWING the situation as she asked specifically why I had not been in for so many months, she refused to transfer my visits saying she made sure that "they"-(she and her staff) always told the customers that the visits had an expiration. I know I specifically asked as this was always my question with anything to be used over a period of time. I question if the owner or whomever was willing to tell the customer whatever it took for a sale, thinking it would probably never be an issue.



I did tan that day and maybe one other time as I know had 10+ visits, but instead of the relaxing experience I had planned, I found going in to be stressful and never went back...and never will. Anyone who knows me-(as I am also posting to my FB page), knows that honesty and integrity are values I live by so unfortunately this was my experience with Paradise Cove Tanning.

I have gotten spray tans here 1/2 dozen times and they do an AWESOME job!!! I highly recommend them if you have an event or you can't tan.

I always go to Paradise Cove to get my Tan for the summer started and to keep my tan during the winter. They have great Tanning services and prices.

as the father of a 15 year old i like that i can call ahead and do a drop off. i get to go to home depot and do the man thing then pick her up on the way home. my daughter loves them so i love them.

Can't beat the prices here. And the customer service is just great. I highly recommend.

The absolute BEST tanning salon that I have ever been to! And that's all there is to say! It's clean, friendly and like I said, just overall the absolute greatest!

I have never had anything but a pleasant experience at Paradise Cove!! I've been tanning for years & the beds there get me the darkest within the quickest amount of time. All of the staff there have never been anything but nice & I will continue to tan w/ them for the remaining time i tan!

This is the best tanning salon in every way. The beds are great, the staff is awesome and they offer a number of packages that meets all needs. This is definately the best value in town, too!

I have been tanning here for years now, and it's the best tanning salon around. They are the nicest people, and will always explain everything to you so that you know everything that is happening while you tan. It's very clean, and I always feel at home when I come in. I have never had any trouble here, and I HIGHLY recommend this salon.

I would recommend Paradise Cove Tanning Salon to anyone who is looking for a modern and clean salon. The owner and her staff have always been very friendly and seem to strive to make the customers happy. This salon is truly one of the best I have visited.

I definitely have never had the experience as the person above did and I have been tanning there for years. This is the best place to tan! The owner is so nice! She takes time with each customer and is very helpful. You will get the best service here! This is the cleanest tanning salon I have ever been to! They have the best beds here as well I highly recommend using Paradise Cove!
