VERY unhappy with my experience here.

VERY unhappy with my experience here. From my very first visit it was made clear that their number one interest was money, not customer satisfaction. After my first appointment my insurance wasn't properly billed and I'm still fighting for the credit i should have with them. Today i went in for an emergency extraction after spending the night in the ER with a swollen face and tremendous pain. I explained my situation and that cost was a concern for me, but in the short term i just wanted this tooth pulled. After a condescending argument in which i was made to feel very small for not having the money set aside for this sort of thing, Dr. Lipowski actually told me "i would be better off pulling it myself!". I left the office and will not be back. I suppose if you have plenty of money lying around and cost is no obstacle, they will take good care of you, but for the other 98% of us, STAY CLEAR!!

Just moved to the area, and needed a new…

Just moved to the area, and needed a new dentist for the family. I didn't want to change dentist, but found this office through a friend. Dr. Vu and her staff are wonderful. They explained everything to me. They can treat children, and I don't have to pay specialist fees for pediatrician dentist.

I LOVE this office!

I LOVE this office! Dr.Vu and her staff are awesome and I can't imagine going anywhere else. I used to be so scared to go to the dentist, but they set me at ease right away. Dr.Vu is extremely gentle and comforting. I had 3 crowns done and can finally smile again. I will be a patient here for life !!!!!

Wonderful dental experience, will not go anywhere else even if I have to travel far to get here

I needed some dental work done, and I am afraid of the dentist. Saw her ad, gave it a shot (pun intended). My mind has changed about dentist. Dr. Vu and her staff are wonderful, friendly, and very professional. She explained details very fully, and didn't give dental jargon. Her office does not smell like a dental office when you walk in. \r Best of all, she was really great. I didn't feel the shots at all, and I am very happy with my smile. I had no idea dentists can be like this.

I recently went there after a long time…

I recently went there after a long time, since I have a fear of dentistry. Not anymore. This lady dentist has changed my view. She is very personable and friendly, and explains everything in detail for you. She is very good with her shots, as I didn't feel any pain at all. I walked out fully understood every procedure.

Also, she has a wonderful, friendly staff. The office is very nice also. She is located in Hiram, by Paulding and end of Cobb County. Although she is far from me, it is worth the trip. I will not go to anyone else. I highly recommend her office.
