Avoid this place. It's a bureaucracy with no compassion or sense. They'll try to fleece you for all the money they can and force you to take unnecessary tests in order just to get your regular medication refilled. This is the kind of place that makes me hate to deal with physicians...

I was a patient in March and April 2012. I saw Dr Sonia twice and a physician assistant once. The customer service is extremely bad. On my third visit they made me wait over a hour to see Dr. Sonia because their was a $40.00 balance on my account. I paid $15.00 on the balance before I could see the doctor. Dr. Sonia scheduled at test for my nose to see why I could not breath sometime and cannot smell. I paid the $30.00 balance when I received the bill in the mail. No one at the office called me or Emory Midtown Hospital to schedule the appt. I called the 550 Peachtree St location to 3 times and no one would schedule the nose scan. I recommended 1 person to this clinic but I received poor care and horrible treatment by this Doctor and receptionist.

Doctors and staff are professional and helpful. All the shot nurses are nice but some could smile more :) Its nice to be greeted with a hello and a friendly smile from Erica up front!! The office hours are convenient for me and my work schedule.
