        Overall

        A detector fell off my door. I expected them to fix it for free since they put it on. But they charged me for the call. Now my fire alarm went off, I called them. They weren't in to help me. The Police and Fire showed up. I had to disconnect the alarm. Called them 2 times and they never got back to me. I now have ADT. Buyer be Ware.
