This location told us that we would be getting a promotion which included a free iPhone 12 mini, but never applied it to our plan and charged us for it. When we brought the discrepancy to Hannah ,the customer rep, she told us it was a mistake by another rep and we now needed to pay the difference on a more expensive plan before we could collect the refund. When I asked her to correct the company error first she refused. This issue was eventually resolved by corporate customer service, but Hannah was extremely rude and indifferent about her error. If you can avoid this location I recommend you do so.

Be careful when dealing with this store. They will add items to your account without telling you. My son went to upgrade his phone & they talked him into getting a FREE tablet. It was $50 with mail in $50 rebate. Never once did they mention the $10 per month tacked on to my bill. Account is in my name & they didn't tell me & I didn't sign anything. What A Wirless did was illegal. I had to call Verizon customer service to get it corrected. Not a nice place to do business. Will never shop here again.
