My girlfriend was looking for a new car. I spent weeks researching and requesting quotes. One of the cars she was looking at was the new corolla s. I received a reasonable quote from Julia stout at royal Moore toyota. I sent her an e-mail saying I would like a " hassle free" test drive. When my girlfriend and I showed up, The car was ready they hand us the keys, said "there is over 1/4 tank of gas in the car have fun and we'll see you when you get back. No salesman in the back seat telling you all about the car while, I am trying to see if I even like the way it runs. When we left , we told them that we wanted to go test drive a hyundai before we decide. Julia and Jason just said" sure let us know what you decide" There was no trying to keep us on the lot or other managers running out to stop us
Unfortunately they didn't have the car I was looking for. They did at least put a great effort into finding one though and were apologetic even if it wasn't their fault they didn't have one. Their customer service and product knowledge was exceptional. They were able to answer every question I threw at them accurately. They tried to show me other similar cars without being pushy. They did have a great selection of other vehicles but I had my heart set on the 09 Corolla S which seems to be a hot commodity right now. They were all very helpful and friendly and family oriented. I will definitely go back to them in the future.
My Husband and I recently purchased a Toyota Prius at Royal Moore Toyota in September. Royal Moore Toyota was one of our first stops and just as the manager, our amazing salesman told us that first day, we soon came back after making our rounds. The no pressure sales technique really won us over and it became more apparent as we shopped around that Royal Moore Toyota was more our style (I think we're still being stalked by random salespeople all over town after repeatedly explaining we already made our purchase!) The car was in top notch shape and we got a very competitive deal on it.
