I am the current manager of this salon. I bacame acting manager 12/09. I feel I personally have been poorly represented in this review and need to make a statement. I was bothered by these comments so much so that I went directly to the salon to investigate. First off this review below was posted May 2010. The date to what she refers was 10/12/09. This bronze location did not even have a manager at this time. I was the assistant manager then however she claims the manager told her that she probably made the smudge marks on the bed. Assistant manager/manager whatever but I need to clear the air here and clarify that she was in the salon at 6:06 p.m. and I was not even there. I was out by 5 p.m. Now I am certainly far from perfect but my customer service skills are far better than the ones perceived by this client. Again I was not there at the time. It would have been nice if she would have given an updated review stating the fact shat she came back in 10/10 and joined the membership.......with that said I am personally hurt and almost offended with the accusations that seem to target me when the date of the visit and date of the review don't match. I am proud of my staff and my salon and will continue to provide the best service possible to everyone who walks through those doors.
