Hilliard Taxi & Airport Service

I have used many services when flying throughout the country. Recently sent my oldest daughter to OWU and needed transportation to and from the airport. To sum up the service one word will do: "Amazing".

The professionalism and thoughtfulness of Mr. Kumar was above and beyond any of my expectations. Entrusting someone to drive your daughter is no easy task but my daughter felt safe and comfortable the entire time. I was able to communicate with him her flight schedule and we was there to pick her up and help collect her bags.

I must also mention that pick up time at college was 4am, which he was early and waiting for her and 5:30am at the airport. I will definitely use the service again and highly recommend this very professional business to all.

I have been using Mr.Kumar taxi service for years very nice clean and very polite guy .always on time and very respectful and reliable.

Lies about having taxis available If they don't get to drive far enough to rack up a huge tab.I called at 2:00pm & they stated they were busy ALL DAY & can't guarantee anything. Not much of a service. I have low vision but, Will walk x amount miles to get my kids Easter baskets (because they are worth it) since my money wasn't enough for this taxi service.

Clean and very nice. The difference is light years away from typical columbus taxis. Without a large price difference.

Mr. Kumar is an excellent driver who cares about his customers. We forgot our tickets to the Ohio State football game and he came back and picked me up and took me back to get our tickets. He deserves your business.
