Rude and unprofessional. It was too much trouble for them to explain what was wrong the car before they fixed it, so I took it somewhere else.

I've been going to this shop for years now. They've done everything from replacing a transmission (4wd) to replacing a cracked radiator. Joe is extremely knowledgeable and proficient at his craft, and is a great guy in General. The owner even drove me to work one day when my car was being worked on. Can't recommend these guys enough.

best in hilliard. bought axle, needed it put on, called several places in hilliard. got estimate of 185 to 200.00.this shop did it for 95.00 and had it done in 3hrs after i droped it off. honest, reliable service, will take my car there for all my needs

Do Not take your car here ! I have had 2 major problems at this business. I gave them them the benefit of the doubt on the first issue which was an elementary mistake (not tightening the oil filter) which almost led to a big fix when oil was everywhere. Then on another vehicle, they caused catastrophobic damage to my engine. Oil changes are cheap but it ended up costing me over $3000. The mistake was verified by photos and 2 other automotive shops giving written statements, but these guys refused to even acknowledge or admit to it. Everyone makes mistakes, but they would just get belligerent when I would show up and did everything they could to totally avoid any conversation or facts about what they did. After mentioning this to others around Hilliard, it is mind-boggling how many people that have also had problems and refuse to go back here. I should start a Facebook group on this alone. They lure you in with cheap oil changes - please do not make the same mistake. If you knew exactly what happened to me, you would wonder why I am not posting more negative remarks. Everyone makes mistakes, and it takes a lot to make me dissatisfied but this place chose the "deny-at-all-costs" route of customer service rather than try to do anything to remedy the situation - and I feel this is due to the magnitude of the consequences as a result of their mistake.

I can't believe there aren't hundreds of 5 star reviews for these guys!! This is the 5th place I've been to in the 2 weeks I've owned my Jeep. They found and fixed the problem for a much lower price than anyone else quoted me. They could not have treated me any better. They are knowledgeable, honest and fun to be around. I just wish I would have found them sooner... but I can guarantee that I will never go anywhere else but here from now on. Thank you so much!!
