Tom's Mower Repair

Tom has serviced my lawn tractor back in 2011. He was great, the price was great too. He came over to my house, looked at the problem, and didn't charge anything until he got the parts two weeks later. He then came over again and charged only $35 after fixing the issue. I don't understand why he is getting so bad review here. My friends were also using his service. He can use me as reference any time. Charlene in West Windsor

A full-on disaster. Wish I had seen these reviews first. Took my tractor 9 months ago and it still isn't fixed. Went to shop/home after 4 months and no return calls and still no luck. This is a recurring theme - save yourself the trouble, go elsewhere.

Painful. Dropped off the mower. Was told it would be ready in 2 weeks. It took 3 months to get my mower back. They did not return my phone calls requesting a update regarding the repairs. Eventually, the voicemail was full and would no longer accept messages. I finally went to their shop/home. Was told he has poor cell phone coverage and could not pick up his messages. Promised to have it ready for me "soon". Lots of excuses regarding how hard it was to get parts. Blah Blah Blah. I told him I would be back in 2 weeks and would pick it up in pieces, if I had to. I just want it back. It was ready in 2 weeks. The cost was reasonable. But the pain and inconvenience was priceless.

Called at 8am, they were at my house at noon. Full service on a snowblower with an impending storm coming. Outstanding, friendly service. Will definitely use their services again!

I called this service to have my mower tuned up and a part replaced. he took my mower saying the part would take a few days. that turned into two weeks with no call from them. When I finally reached them they told me my mower would be dropped off the next day. I still have not received it... I t has been 5 days. they do not return my calls or pick up the phone when I call. There is no location listed for this business and my only contact number for them is a cell phone.
