I got my dog's teeth cleaned here today. He's doing fine, and his teeth are pearly white, but I would like to leave 3 pieces of constructive criticism that I feel would help make my future visits more positive. First and most importantly, I was told that I would get an update on my dog's surgery around 12:00. At 2:00, I was worried because I hadn't heard anything and called in myself. I realize now that I interrupted the surgery process and made everyone's life more difficult. If I had been told that I'd get a call by 3:00, I wouldn't have felt quite so nervous. Second, when I came in to pick him up, you made me pay before I could see my dog. I understand this, if I had a 100 lb dog that could barely walk. But my dog is 7 lbs, and at other vets I have taken him to, they have made a show out of bringing me my little dog and showing me that he was okay right away. I could have held him while I paid, and I would have felt much better. Finally, I was not given any information about the side effects of the anesthesia. My dog seems okay but he's drooling and very groggy, which wasn't the case for the last time he had his teeth cleaned. I just wish I knew what I should be nervous about and what is okay. Overall, I give a 4 star review. The vet was great, the staff was very nice and patient, and I plan to go back.

Worst experience with lodging my pet ever! Booked the VIP suite and when we checked in, receptionist didn't know if they had a suite available after we reserve it a couple of weeks prior. 2rd, the camera in the suite was not working either and took them 2 days for it to work after contacting the customer representative through the "contact us" link in their website through email. Contacted the customer service representative again with no response to which I had to call to get any info while vacationing internationally. Would not recommend the lodging service here at all. Lack of communication seems to be they issue on their part!
