About to sign up for uber I'm fed up with this cab service they suck! I waited a whole hour when I finally called they told me they came already an my phone sent right to VM bull crap! Can't wait to get a car

I don't see how they been in business for 20 years. they are the worst and rudest people. the owner also has no customer service skills. he told me well if you don't like out service then you should call someone else.

They are the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. They were rude on numerous occassions and yelled at my 92 year old grandmother. They also like to hang up on people. The owner doesn't help. He is the root of the problem.

I wish I even had the opportunity to tell how the cab ride was yet that didn't occur. Their service was absolutely atrocious! I called just to get a cab from one place to the other and when asked how long the wait time was they told me 45 minutes and hung up on me. I am sure business cannot be well if you treat potential customers in such a way

They give a pick up window of 45 minutes which was always fine. They usually made it in that time frame. Sometimes they had other pickups which would in turn make me late. The problem is that they are never on time when they are supposed to pick you back up. I finally got fed up with be stuck somewhere for an hour waiting to be picked back up and with the driver's attitude. I tried speaking with the owner and that did not help. Unless you like being stuck for an hour waiting to be picked up from someplace, I do not recommend this company. I will say that most of the daytime drivers were nice. There are a couple who really seem to enjoy they're job and like talking with you the whole way. If you ever need a ride at night, find someone else.

I used this service 3 times ONLY because there was no one else available. It's really hard to get taxi's in a small town like Gary, IN. The first time I used the service it took him about an hour to pick me up, this sucked but it's was the soonest he could get there. The second time I called was for for a ride to my Veterinarian's office. I told him I would be calling in an hour for a ride back home. I called in an hour like I said and he said he'd be there in 15-20 mins. I waited almost 45 mins & called him to see what the hold up was & this a$$h*le pretty much blew me off for another fare. I ended up WALKING a really long ways until I made it to a bus stop that goes into the city where I live. The third time I called for this service I was truly desperate because there was nothing available for over an hour & I was at the grocery store.I called WAY before I got in the line for checkout so that I would be done checking out & have bagged my groceries before my ride arrived. He said he would AGAIN be there in 15-20 mins. 30 mins later he is a "no show". I called and found out he basically blew me off for another fair AGAIN! He said he was in Crown Point dropping someone off when he told me he was already in the Merrillville area when I first called for the ride.So I am sitting & waiting with a ton of groceries while this a$$h*le had no intention of picking me up. Luckily one of the other cab companies called me back with availability within the hour or I would have just been stranded.

I called for taxi service Tuesday February 17, 2009 at 6:45am to be picked up at 8:00am in order to get to work by 8:30am. The driver didn't come until 9:15 and needless to say I was over an hour late for work. I had to make several calls to see what the holdup was, and I was told that I would be next. To make matters even worse, the driver didn't even have change!! I had to go inside my place of employment and get change.



This AAA service should be re-named to FFF!!!!
