        Horrible.. Ordered through teleflora. The arrangement looks nothing like the picture and the flowers are wilted and brown. I also missed the first delivery and when I called to reschedule the lady on the phone was terribly rude.

        Never got the flowers and the customer service at teleflora.com was useless and an utter dissappointment. No info or notes.

        Valentines Let Down

        Ordered Through teleflora.com. Never got the arrangement tried the teleflora customer service which was useless and then at 9:30 pm I get a note they tried to deliver it at 11:45 am when I was speaking to my wife at 11:30 am so my wife was home and we waited till 6 pm an still nothing. Teleflora and this store ruined my valentines.

        Never delivered the roses! Awful!

        This flower shop was very dissapointing. They claimed they attempted to deliver twice, in the morning and afternoon, even though I sent instructions to deliver as late in the afternoon as possible. She also claimed she left a note for my mother in law to call her and that she would re-deliver the flowers on her way home. I talked to my mother in law and she never got any messages on her door or mailbox. Why wouldn't she call? I am so dissapointed, upset and hurt!
