The post about microwaves is about a Rainbow Appliance on the east coast. Rainbow Appliance Service is in Highland, Indiana and they only service appliances. They do not sell them. Plus microwaves are not even serviced by them, only refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, dishwashers, and central air conditioners.

After purchasing two microwaves from this company, each time I realized that they sold me something that was out of stock, but made me believe it was available when placing the order. I finally cancelled each order and attempted one last time to get a microwave that met the dimensions of my new hutch. 5 days passed after placing my third order (by now I was desperate or I would not have ordered from Rainbow Appliance again), and I received a notification more than 5 days later to tell me that the microwave was finally leaving the warehouse. It was now 3 weeks since I initially placed an order for a microwave. When the microwave arrived, it did not fit the dimensions that were stated at their website. It was bigger and did not fit my hutch. After several ph calls that went unanswered, I learned that the only "Manager" working there is the owner, Eli and he is never available. He ignored requests for a refund, exchange or partial credit. I opened a BBB case and learned that this
