Be ready for the upcharge. Got a quote for a coolant flush the evening before. I was told it would be $120 parts and labor. Since I had my own coolant (vehicle requires a special kind) I was told it would be $60 off. However when it was written up the following morning it ended up being $114 (only $6 less than the quote the evening prior including all parts and labor). They reduced the cost to $78.75 when I threatened to cancel the WO.

I've been coming here for a year and thwse guys really know their stuff. I have a high performance car and I need a good gripping tire. Told them what I was looking for and their suggestion has worked great. Tires work great at the track. This is the only place I trust to work on my car. They even suggested the best fluids and parts for my car.

Our family have been customers of Plus 1 since it was owned and operated by Tim and company. The transition to the new ownership was relatively smooth and the service and customer care we receive from Dustin and Joe and the service technicians is 5 Star.



We tell our daughter's friends (whom we refer to as our kids) to go see Joe and Dustin.



I encourage anyone to go and speak with Joe or Dustin about your vehicle whether for a problem, new tires, rims, or routine maintanence.



The do not "upsell" nor do they tell you you need to do something to scare you out of your money. If something is found during a repair, they tell you. If something is on the verge of needing to be done, they tell you leaving you with choices and options.



This is an outstanding company and the employees are at the top of their class.
