After asking for us to review the obituary and provide feedback he became visibly agitated and defensive by the feedback provided. In my friend’s most vulnerable moment, after losing her husband to cancer, he dismissed the suggestions she made and became agitated when she became overwhelmed by the amount of questions during the process. He is clearly accustomed to the process and not at all aware that his clients are new to the amount of planning required for honoring their loved ones. Not ONCE did he apologize or show an ounce of empathy for his unprofessional and inappropriate behavior. Brad Wright could benefit greatly from soft skills training and having an open-mind to the more non-traditional wishes of his paying clients. Additionally, Brad Wright’s opinion is the only one that seems to matter when planning a memorial for your loved ones. So if you want to work with a condescending man-child who will make your grieving process more difficult, Wright Cremation and Funeral Service is the place for you.
