I cant tell you about my experience because I was told that the providers reviewed my case and said they could not help me. My physician had sent a referral asking them to see me for pain management....thats all they knew about me. Never saw me or spoke to me. That was in 2013. My condition has worsened & I have several more medical issues dealing with pain. I called again today and once again was told that in 2013 they didnt feel they could help me & it still stands. Again, not one doctor there has seen or spoke with me. I have Fibromyalgia, Chronic Pain Syndrome, Diabetic Nerve Pain, Migraines, & Lower Back Pain......and they dont feel like they can help me!?!?! What kind of doctors dont want to help someone in pain??? My Gosh...what would make someone qualified to get help with their pain?? They say you have to have a referral to be seen. I had one.... It didnt matter. Dont waste your time!!! They dont care about people!! I would have selected zero stars if it had let me.
