This is not a good store! Yes the selection is wonderful and there are many pretty things but the customer service is AWFUL. I was treated like dirt and was given rude looks by the teenage employee working. I was so upset by how I was treated because I felt so stupid. It's an awesome store but the workers are just not up to par. I went to a different store afterwards and they were very nice and friendly and helped me with my problem right away! Will not be going back to Hang Ups unfortunately because the personality of the employees does not match the items sold.

Dont spend your money here. When you walk into the store you think "this is cute" but as soon as one of the sales associates spotted me she gave me a very rude look with no welcome or can I help you? We asked her a couple questions, which she failed to answer. We then had to ask the woman who looked more in charge. She also was very snooty and was no help to us at all. We then left and went to The friendly center's Merle Norman. Same selection, amazing customer service, and no witchy women.
i was told to go to this store by a friend of mine. when i did i was overwhelmed by how pretty the store was. unflrtunately the people in the store did not quite match up with the view. they were rude, had arguments with each other right in front of me, had power struggles, and worst of all didnt even know what they were talking about. they should not be allowed to carry prodcts they do not know anything about. i was so upset. and when i tried to tell the brown haired lady that she was wrong about something, she over reacted so much, her face even turned red. i bought the few pandora items there but will never return. i will shop elsewhere from now on.
