Got Sun

I have been tanning for over 15 years and I recently switched over to the Samet location from the Clemmons location. I am very disappointed in the staff at the Samet location. They are very unfriendly and rude. My boyfriend and I have been there 3 times and the first visit was great with a young man and young lady. Very nice. After that first visit, we both have experienced unprofessional attitudes. I am looking for a new tanning salon. very disappointed. I've never had such rudeness. I truly hope that the staff reads this and learns from this because you don't have a business if you don't have customer service. The business will eventually fail. It always does. I tan at the got sun in Winston, and have been going there for years! The staff is knowledgeable and so nice! They are always helpful, and are willing to help with any issues you may have. The store is always clean. I always get a great tan, and would tell anyone to tan at got sun!!
