For more than 25 years, Drake's Fresh Pasta Company has been providing various pasta products, from ravioli, tortellini and tortelloni to linguine, angel hair, fettuccine, cannelloni, manicotti, stuffed shells, gnocchi and agnolotti. Based in High Point, N.C., the company also supplies fettucine, lasagna sheets, cheese filled ravioli and chicken filled ravioli. Drake's Fresh Pasta Company houses U.S. Department of Agriculture and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (USDA/HACCP) certified facility and a SQF 2000 certified company.
