My son had a constipation issue and they wouldn't and didn't care to try to figure out why. (he was only a month old and it went on till he was 6 months) I had a history of Febrile seizures and his Doctor assured me that it wouldn't be an issue! I should have researched but I took the doctor's word. The biggest mistake ever! We moved, switched Doctors, and the first visit they took care of his lazy bowel syndrome. I didn't think to bring up the seizures cause it was in his medical file...... 18 month shots he spikes a fever and has a seizure!

IF YOU WANT YOUR CHILDREN HEALTHY AND SAFE KEEP YOUR CHILDREN FAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to the new doc in Archdale..WRONG. She was more concerned in getting everything into the d... computer than one me. Little to No eye contact. Stated I don't know much about firomyalgia & "I DON'T DO PAIN" Offered to call me when a new med came in, stated she would set up an appt. with a pain clinic for me...that has been 3 MONTHS AGO. No follow up. I filled out a very detailed survy with instructions to call me, with all my info and email. Never a follow up. I would like to keep with corner stone because of all the specialties, but MUST be someone who KNOWS something!!! Fibromyalgia is no fun, very painful, anyone know who I should go to for a doctor?

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at the Westchester location. Never saw an actual doctor but paid for it. I had a PA tell me what had already been confirmed by another doctor. For those of us who have no insurance you feel my pain, you expect to go to a doctor for answers. When you pay out of pocket to see a specialist, one should actually speak/see a SPECIALIST. She basically told me I needed to see another specialist and then FAILED to set that up as well. I left in more pain than when I arrived because of their unprofessionalism. I also requested a phone call before the end of the day to set up my own appointment because of the lack of information the facility gave; they FAILED to do this as well. People wonder why the healthcare system is so messed up; this facility is a classic example of the gigantic mess. I hope someone is having fun with the $300 I spent for nothing. I would have felt better if I would have burned the money instead of wasting my time.

Best doctor I ever had. She listens. She remembers things from one visit to the next.
