DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN - Bruce Sawyers, owner of Carolina Renovators, Inc. This company is not licensed. They do not use licensed contractors to complete their work. Owner, Bruce Sawyers currently under investigation by the NC board of contractors, facing possible jail time for his violations. I speak on behalf of my mother, who moved to NC and bought her house with great ideas for renovation. She spent a sizable amount of her savings to turn her residence into her dream home. Thanks to Mr. Sawyers, her dream turned into a nightmare. The city slapped a no occupancy sign on her home due to unsafe workmanship & code violations. None of the work done by CRI/Bruce Sawyers was compliant with NC code. Stay away from Carolina Renovators!
