My service adviser, John Grossman, was punctual for my 9:30 am appointment, arranged my transportation, and communicated with me for every detail of the service process. My car was ready sooner than promised. I even received a follow up call the next day, ensuring that I was satisfied with the service experience. I can honestly say that this is the type of service that one would expect from a high line dealership, such as Audi, Mercedes, or BMW. Nice job Platinum Volkswagen, I will be back!
We couldn't believe it! The first dealership we visited, we made a purchase. That's how good Platinum VW is. There is nothing "sneaky" about this sales team. They are all true professionals. We worked with Phil Q, the new kid on the block. Phil was very knowledgeable (as we expect one to be), respectful and reassuring. No leisure suit with plastic comb in this guy's back pocket. We were very comfortable throughout the entire process. We were interested in a Jetta and Phil made sure we got the right one to suit all our needs, including budget. We are very satisfied and will definitely return when the need for another vehicle arises.
I was in Platinum Volkswagen yesterday looking for a new or used car for my wife. She has always loved the Volkswagens she had and she has had a few over the years. The dealership is on the small side, But they did have a good selection of cars in stock. He showed me the new diesel Jetta which my wife would love, she has a Jetta now. The salesman was not pushy or even trying to make a sale was happy just giving me the information i wanted. He also said he had a diesel coming in next week on a trade that i might be interested in. overall i give the dealership 4 stars they were really nice and friendly and not pushy at all.
