Our family drives though Wendys every day and 50% of the time they get our order incorrect. Even with the service problems, it is our favorite fast food restaurant When I called "John" to let him know my order was wrong again, he was of no help. He didn't seem to understand the inconvenience that it caused us. When we got ready to eat supper--and someone didn't have all their order--again. "John" told me that I got what I paid for--that may be correct--but I didn't get what I ordered. Wendy's needs to work on their service and their customer satisfaction. John didn't offer any apology for their error. The manager "Tina" was not available to talk with me. I just want Wendys to get their orders correct and to treat their customers with respect. What can be bad about clean and greasy burgers 'til 3am with milkshakes not to be topped.... Like the banana pudding one with stawberries blended in.... Dang.... b/c I work late- 2 blocks away- I spend a milion dollars a week there... but it's 3:14 on a saturday and they've already closed??? Oh well.. only thing they could make better is being open more! Great place- good start for traffic / commercial revival to that area of N Center in Hickory.
Great food enjoyed the bowl option. Trisha Stimpson Lauren Austin were very kind and explained everything so I could enjoy every bite. Must eat and I promise u will enjoy the contemporary style of the restaurant.
