My mom bought her car from here and I've bought two cars myself from Mike Johnson's Toyota. My most recent was a Used Car i bought for my wife. A little over a month after purchase, a tire separated, with all 3 of my kids in the car! A defect for sure, thing is, they didn't put the tires on the car, the previous owner did... Still... They replaced all 4 tires JUST in case. This dealership has worked with me and around me in order to keep me on the road, within budget, and safe. Justin Johnson is a great sales manager and the two service people you should talk to are Tanner and Cynthia. These two people are very easy to talk to and it's obvious they care about every situation or problem you might have. 3 cars, 3 different stories of countless little things they've done, that they didn't have to do. I'd tell anyone looking to buy or service a car to come here. I've been to Toyota dealers in Statesville and Concord thinking the level would be the same, only to learn it was a far reach from MJT. Go buy one for yourself or go grab some free popcorn and soda and let these guys take care of your service needs. Thanks Tanner and Cynthia, for taking care of me everytime I come in. :)
Applied for a loan through national, pretty much given up hope on financing a car more so given up on being financed in a low mileage good car. Received a call from George at national and was told I had been approved i was a little hesitant about it being no money down and i probably called George 10 time s before i went up to the lot to look at the car s. I asked george if i come up there tonight will I leave with a car that is in good shape and low miles George replied back with a straight forward yes. Not a we will see what we can do or a it is highly likely but a yes. Went up there and spoke with George. George was able to get me in a 2010 Nissan Altima with only 40 some thousand mile s on it. The car was in great shape has 4 brand new tire s on it and ride s smooth. I would highly recommend national auto because they go straight to the point. I work in sale s and i know 90 percent of people when coming to buy a car or any high priced product has 3 thing s on there mind, Quality, can I get financed, and how much. George worked and got me a good monthly payment and put me in a car that is nice and is smooth. Michael
I'm a busy attorney and don't have time or patience to fool with haggling. Just give me the best deal you can. I looked locally at a few dealerships and was not happy with selection or the frustration of the back and forth, so I decided to try online. I contacted Steve White motors after seeing some of their selection on eBay. I found a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited I was interested in and sent a message to them. Within minutes I was contacted by Mike Taylor. Mike answered several questions for me through email, then finally over the phone. He was wonderful to deal with. I called Mike and told him I wanted the Jeep, he handled everything over the phone. I drove down to Hickory the next day and picked up my Jeep. It was ready to go, all my paperwork done, and was totally painless. I gave them my trade, signed some paperwork, and drove home. Mike was great, and I would definitely buy another car off him. Anton Dutton handled the financial end for me, and I found him to be knowledgeable and professional. Overall, I feel like I got more for my money, frustration free.
