I have never said anything bad about anyone that I have been involved with in business, but this company sure did the trick for both my boyfriend and I. One of the admins that picks up the phone was the rudest person I have ever spoken to; she told us one thing in the morning and then instead of confirming what she originall said, she lied and called us liars as well. They lied to us about the time they were scheduling our appointment, then last minute the technician called us to tell us that he was on his way to our house and after we left early from work, we get another phone call telling us that the technician will not wait for us for half hour until we got home. Meanwhile he was supposed to be calling us an hour before he got there due to the distance between our home and work. They are liars and now I am not so sure about their capabilities as technicians. What ever happened to the customer being right?
