I do NOT recommend this dealer. They seem to care about your business but at the end, you are just a number... I started negotiating over the phone with Edgar (he introduced himself as "The Manager"). I told him that until I negotiate everything by phone and has something in writing detailing the terms with him, we will not go in person. The car is a gift for my father.
We finally made a WRITTEN AGREEMENT! detailing absolutely all the terms. It was at that time that I asked my father to go in person along with a check for the amount agreed IN WRITING! for the payment. While my father was driving to this dealer, Edgar called me telling me that another sales person was trying to sell the Toyota Sienna that was ours!. He assured me that he will resolve the issue. Following that, he sent me a text message saying that the Sienna was ours and that he congratulate us.
It was for our surprise that as soon as my father arrived to the dealer, Edgar told him that they committed a mistake because they failed to include in the system 3 repairs that they did on the Sienna, so that now the price was $1,900 more!!!!!!!!!! I could not believe the lack of professionalism that they have! The other manager did not even approach my father to apologize. They just do NOT care. If they committed the mistake after all the time and days that we lost negotiating with people that has NO word, then they should have absorbed the loss in order to avoid a review like this one! I am very upset about this whole situation. My parents are not young people and they spent the worst time there. I hope that you read this review and chose a different dealer when purchasing your car. They do NOT deserve your business. They just DO NOT care!

Yuleidys Pavon who was the person who responded the phone handle all his questions with knowledge and professionalism and she worked very hard in order to get us a fair deal based on our budget and also credit condition.
