I received an order that was completely wrong and managers who did not rectify the situation. I ordered 12 sets of earrings. Out of the 12 sets only one was correct. I received two colors when I was ordered three.
I ordered the following:

I was told it was human error but I am not sure how someone can mangle an order so badly. To top it all off I called on a Friday and needed the earrings for Sunday. I was told they would not overnight the earrings to have them here when needed. Instead I was told they would arrive on Tuesday because of the cost of shipping. The cost of shipping is not my problem when Algy completely messed up the order. Obviously customers do not matter and Algy only cares about money.
After three phone calls and dealing with a rude manager the best Algy could do was provide a 10% discount receiving the items 2 days after the date they were needed.
