Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My husband and I had a deplorable experience at the Enterprise in Hesperia. First off, I am a cancer patient who was made to wait 2-1/2 hours to get our car. We had only 1 person in line ahead of us, but a 2-1/2 hour wait? We were told several times, this is your car only to have someone else get the car ahead of us. They are so short handed there at the Hesperia location that the sales people are outside washing cars. How in the world can you get any kind of decent service when your salesperson is washing cars? So, after 2-1/2 hours they finally get a car for us and want to "make things right." So they gave us a $25 discount and supposedly a full tank of gas. Okay, they called us after we got home and told us only 1/2 tank of gas. When we brought the car back 2 days later, we returned it with 1/2 tank of gas and they charged us $8 for refueling. What??? I don't believe we got any "free gas" do you? On top of that, we only asked for the damage waiver insurance and they charged us $33 for the damage waiver and then another $36.70 for things we didn't want. Needless to say I am NEVER going to rent from Enterprise again. Its not worth my time to have to sit for 2.5 hours outside in the heat because the place was so busy there was nowhere to sit inside. By the way, the Victorville location of Enterprise was 100% better if you still want to rent from Enterprise after this review.
