        Horrible customer service!!!

        I had a very poor customer service experience at this particular Pizza Hut in Herndon's K-mart plaza (366 Elden St).

        To make a long story short, my coupon through my credit card issuer was not accepted even though I had used it there twice before.

        The idiot's name who was working that afternoon was mike.

        To make things worse, the pizzas were going to feed guests at my daughter's birthday party.

        Once I called the restaurant back to explain about the coupon and the fact that Pizza Hut is part of the program that accepts the coupons, I was hung up on by the same idiot around 3:06pm on January 6th.

        I'm originally from Ohio. There, corporate will contact you in a heartbeat and try and solve any issues.

        It has been 1.5 months since this incident here in NOVA and I haven't received any contact yet!!!

        This location will not receive me or my fam's business again. This is a fact!
