Computer Squad

Yesterday this pop-up came and took over my whole computer, saying viruses could access all my financial records. I was so freaked out! But I called Geek Choice because my best friend had recommended them, and I am so glad I did. They got my computer cleaned out and showed me how to use the protection. Great company!!!

But everyone in the office was calming and reassuring. Then the technician came and walked me through every step of the process. I could tell he was going above and beyond because I was so freaked out, and I'm grateful that he cared enough to do that. Geek Choice is my computer repair company for LIFE.

Last week we had a whole bunch of network issues at my law firm and called one of the ?other? geek squads. First they said they could get out the next day, then they called back two hours later to say it would be a whole week! I do NOT have time for such shenanigans so I called another company, who turned out to be Geek Choice. I explained to them what had happened and they not only scheduled me for that SAME day but put me on a special conference call with the technician who confirmed his arrival time too ? just to set my mind at ease. They showed up and solved each problem methodically and easily. I have saved their number and will call no one but them from now on!
