donated to wrong place

The shelter is wonderful when taking donations of money, food or animal blankets. Just try and leave an animal there. I have freely given them donations but, because I live just over the county line they refused to take a little kitten that had been dropped off at my house. When you leave a donation they never tell you that you have to live in the county or town or they will not help you with a stray.
