I love everything about Hermitage Hills.
I love everything about Hermitage Hills. I have been renting a 2 bdrm 1 bath unit and I couldn't be happier. The location is fantastic [it's next door to all Hermitage shopping and close to the Ohio line for access to anything you can't find in Hermitage] and the curb appeal as you enter the complex is nice and relaxing after a long day. Yes, the appliances may be a little outdated, but everything works as it should. I live alone with my cat [pets are allowed also] so it's a relief that I dont have to maintain the lawn, do repairs, shovel snow, or leave my house to do laundry. Additionally, it is quiet, safe, and the apartments feel more like homes. I feel as though I own a home, yet I am not responsible for repairs or a hefty mortgage. I hope to live here forever and highly recommend the place to everyone.

This is the worst place I have ever…
This is the worst place I have ever lived. They do not do any maintenance or clean very well before you move in. The pool was dirty a good part of the summer. 1 rating is too good for this place.

Lived at Hermitage Hills for many years until recently. Management both onsite as well as within the company are disgraceful in how they run their business and treat there tenants (just Google their name). Better complexes out their especially the ones near Hermitage FD.

New property manager suck maintenance suck i lived there for 9 years was a nice place to live but once that shannon and the assis came the place went down carpet in halls dirty, smoking is allow so if you are not a smoker DO NOT MOVE IN they will not do anything about it everyyear you will have a problem with the A/C so your electric will be sky high until it is fix

We regret this long term customer having some very unpleasant experiences beyond our control. Unfortunately smoke from a neighbor can be annoying, but not something able to be controlled by anyone but the smoker. Most people in this day and age are becoming mroe sensitive to those around them and tend to be more respectful. Central Air conditioning is an ongoing care item in any home and it a great ammenity come summer- our skilled maintenance techs work hard to keep them running as effciently and comfortable as possible.

After 30+ years in the valley we certainly wish everyone would live and leave our apartment homes with respect and care so all deposits can be refunded. As a management company we realize individuals have different standards of living but our job is to provide a clean and nearly perfect home for every new customer.
