        I have had great experiences with the service dept. I have always been able to get my vehicle in and out in the time promised, for the price quoted.

        Dishonest

        They were very dishonest for many reasons. They were very high pressure. Our loan for a truck that is worth around $17,000 is $30,000 (we did not know this at the time). They did not follow through with SEVERAL promises they made us. When we went back to complain, the GM just sat there with a smirk on his face. He actually had the you know what to turn it on us and make it sound like we were criminials trying to scam him!!!

        We will never give them our business again!

        watch the price when you sign it will not be what is agreed on

        We baught a used truck on may 1st. for 11,500.00 as agreed apon but after getting home we discovered the price on the contract was 13,600.00 after several attempt to get results on this they have refused to return my calls. We were going to purchase a new vehical this fall from this same dealer but now we have second thoughts as to the honesty they portray. We also recieved a flyer indicating we one one of several gifts the least being a $100.00 gift card. After picking it up and checking we found it is only a $5.00 gift card. With them doing buisness like this I think we will take our buisness elsewhere. We may drive up and down the street with a big sign in the back of the truck we just baught and let every potential customer be aware of their dis-honesty. Festus Ford can not be trusted to be honest I rate them verry low.
