Called in an order, was told that rice didn't come as a side, and was insistently attempted to be convinced that if I wanted fish and rice I would have to pay almost EIGHTEEN dollars by purchasing each separately. After trying to politely let Amber know that I've gotten fish and rice from them and most definitely did not pay EIGHTEEN dollars, I politely cancelled my order, only for Amber to rudely hang up in my face. Then when I called back to get the manager's name, I was told that they weren't allowed to give out that kind of information?!?!?! A "professional" business that refuses to give out as little as a name...go figure! Great food yes...but at what price? And oh yeah, after digging up an old 'Zack's' menu I had lying around, to my surprise what do I find...an 8.99 fish meal with rice...lol great job Amber!

Delicious! 1st visit had the Crispy Chicken burger, faaar better than any of the other fast food chicken burgers, was very tender and juicy! 2nd visit I had the Zacksas Ranger burger. Suuuper yummy luv the onion rings and sauce, it's a very deluxe burger. I think next time I might try wings or fish. 48 sauces are listed on the menu just don't know what to start with.

I order the 6 piece chicken and found it fried hard, small pieces and it taste of oil cooking oil. That I will not be ordering again!

Love the lemon pepper wings. Fresh cooked food yet quick. I've been here about 7 times...Ill be back several more if everything remains the same.

I visited Zacks Wings and Seafood on Windsor Spring Rd. today with my two daughters , ages 12 and 18 and we were completely satisfied. I had the Philly Cheese Steak " All the way" as the cashier described it. It was amazing. The portion was large and the taste was perfect. My daughters both had popcorn shrimp and loved it. Again the portion size was large, it tasted fresh , and seasoned nicely. I look forward to eating here again and again. I only hope as the word gets out and this place gets "BIG" Zacks Wings and Seafood doesn't take a nose dive in quality and a skyrocket in price when it becomes as big as the usual chain type restaurant. Zacks Wings and Seafood seems to care about the food they sell , they literally present your order to you before you take it ! Thank you Mr. Ha for the rare experience of being satisfied at a restaurant. I will be back and i will spread the good word.
