Optician is wonderful. Secretary has no business being in customer service. She is rude, talks over the top of you and just has no idea how to interact with customers.

We have had Gene make our glasses for many years and have consistently received high quality work done right the first time. He has the experience to handle measurements for tricky eye problems and also has a knack for adjusting frames so they fit comfortably and nothing rubs or irritates. I recommend him without reservation.

I went here a few times, but now I'm done after the last visit. The eye doctor is very nice, funny, friendly and good. The guy who sells the glasses is the same. The receptionist is unorganized, unprofessional - talking about other customers in front of customers. I like the doctors but the receptionist is unprofessional and I will not return here because of her. What does she say about me when I'm not around. I've heard the same from other RH residents as well - this business will go out of business if they do not get a new receptionist. They lost me along with my son and grandchildren.

I first tried this optometrist office because it was close to home and takes my insurance. I went there over a year ago and had a GREAT experience choosing my new glasses with the help from the lovely/funny receptionist, Sara. She knew just what style frames would look good with my face shape. It was a relaxed atmosphere, I've only ever seen one or maybe two customers there at the same time. I got lots of 1:1 attention and was pleased with my frame. Now just two months ago, after a few counseling sessions and fitting tests, I got contacts for the first time I'm my life!!! All thanks to these guys. I trust them entirely. In fact, my dad just got a new pair of glasses and frames here. We will keep coming back for more!
