        So long McClouds.

        We have used McClouds for our pest control for 8 years. We have never had a set schedule, we just called when we needed them to come out. Last time they came, they doubled their prices on me, from $35 a visit to $70 a visit. Both my husband and I have called to try and work it out and find out what the problem was and they are giving us a crappy answer, getting smart with us on the phone and are not willing to work with us at all. After 8 years of loyalty, this is how they are treating us. I am not happy.

        First, let me tell you how sorry I am that this happened to you. For 50 years we try so hard to give the customer answers when they need them. I do not know what happened in this case and wish I had the opportunity to correct the problem. I promise you I would have. You know that using our services for 8 years we do not make a habit of raising prices. $70 is a quarterly pest control price and a lot of people use that service, but we would never raise your monthly price by that amount of money. We are a family business and you are very important to us. I would very much appreciate the opportunity to talk with you and fix whatever happened. I am so sorry for your troubles and hope you will contact me personally.
