General Info: We are a cozy neighborhood studio with small classes and personalized instruction. We offer many different styles, including Chair Yoga, Kripalu, "Flow-Style", Yin, Beginner Level, as well as NIA. We also hold on-going 6-week Series and workshops/special events.

Location: We are located across the street from the Fresh Market in Hendersonville, behind Haus Heidleberg restaurant.
Associations: All our instructors are certified 200 hour RYT and 500 hour RYT.We hold many specialty certifications as well.
