Interior Touch Up

CROOK!! This is what comes to mind when I think of Berry and Interior Touch Up. I beg you please do not make the same mistake I made when I trusted Berry to repair my furniture!! He attempted to cut corners and did not restore by furniture how we agreed. When I explained I was not happy, Berry simply said, that's the best I can do and if you don't like it, to bad. WOW. He then basically held my furniture hostage until I paid. I had to pay him to get my furniture back. I them took my furniture to another repair firm who did an outstanding job. I beg you, please to not use Interior Touch Up. There are many other good furniture repair company's in Las Vegas. I wish I had this review to read before I chose Berry.I am very reasonable person. It is hard to believe all these other reviews are from real costumers.

I have a brown sectional couch that had a ton of scratches and a tear in the base from my 2 dogs. IT looked like trash when I gave it to Barry and I just got it back and it looks like a brand new couch! (and it is 10 years old) Barry and Jamie did a terrific job and had it done in less then a week! I highly recommend them for any repair. They are very professional and do an excellent job!

Barry did a very nice job on my 2 leather recliners and footstools. One arm was beyond repair and he matched up a new arm and it is barely noticeable. All in all a very good job and finished on a timely basis. RG

I had 2 Natuzzi leather couches which were badly scratched up by my dog. Barry made these couches look brand new ! Color was matched perfectly and saved us from buying new furniture. The best finishing work I have ever seen.Would recommend his work above everyone else I have seen.No need to look further this is the place for you !

I own a butterscotch in color leather sofa and chair. To see you would not know that was the color. Barry & Jamey made my furniture new by dying it the same color. Dirt,scratches,creases all gone -I had new furniture. Barry the owner and Jamey his assistant were totally professional. They arrived on time. Quoted a reasonable price. They promised me my furniture would be returned in 5 days. It was a pleasure doing business with Interior touchup.I have already recommended they to a future customer.

After calling a few other places I was very on edge. Barry was understanding and assured me my leather love seat would be taken care of. The price was much lower than what others quoted me and I am pretty certain the work was much better than any of the other companies would have done. I am now the proud owner of a BEAUTIFUL, BRAND NEW, COMFY love seat! And to think I was seconds from tossing it. It is no longer an eyesore. (highly recommended)

I'm not usually one to write a review but I just had to let my opinion be heard on this. When the leather seat in my 11 yr old convertible Mercedes Benz tore I was heartbroken. The drivers side seat was very worn and had 2 tears. I had heard good things about Interior Touch Up so I made an appointment. Barry and his team immediately went to work repairing the seat (as I waited). All I can say is the transformation was amazing! The seat looked brand new and definately not 11 years old. Now I was so impressed! I asked him if he could do anything about the console which I thought was far to scraped and damaged to fix. Barry assured me he could make it look good. And again, WOW what a transformation! Barry and his team are true professionals and his prices were much lower that a dealership. My 18 year old soft leather chair was stained, scratched and overall very unpleasant to see. Barry did a wonderful job of refinishing it and it looks brand new and it is very comfy now that the stuffing is plumped up, giving the chair a brand new look.

I chose Interior Touch Up after reading positive reviews on Angie's List. Barry answered my call immediately and came to my home the same day. Barry was pleasant and seemed experienced. I had Barry repair the footboard of a queen bed that had a large crack, a table base that needed screws to stabilize the table top, and refinish and repair a glider rocker and ottoman (screws were loose and it squeaked). The table and footboard were repaired well; however, I was sadly disappointed with Barry's customer service. The rocker refinish was $650.00 and the finish chips and rubs off less than a month later! I returned it once myself because he would have charged me again for pickup and delivery $80.00. I asked Barry to oil the screws because the chair still squeaked when I rocked it. Barry refused, stating that oil would harm his finish but I could choose to do it myself when I got it home! When I picked up my rocker Barry said any further problems are "on me"! We have used Interior Touch Up as a 3rd party service provider to repair moving damages for over 3 years and have never had a customer complaint. His quality of work is always completed to the customers full satisfaction. The most important aspect of all is I can always count on Interior Touch Up completing a repair successfully and always pleasing our customers.

Called company about 2 leather couches that needed repairs for a few small tears. One in the actual cushion in the couch and two on the back of one couch that were clearly visible. The owner called me and scheduled a day to come out and repair the couches within 3 days of my first call. Both couches are a very unique shade of brown, the repairs were made and the colors were matched very well. As of today the couches look as though they have never needed repairs. If anything happens again with the couches or the cushions need restuffing, Interior Touch Up will be getting my business.

I inspected his home and there was no water damage. There was a scam not on my part. I am very honest person.

This company charged me $90 to come out for an estimate. That estimate has never been provided after a couple weeks and he finally answers that he wants nothing to do with the work as he doesn't see water damage. He does see it cracked though. I think I was just scammed for the $90 Check. I didn't ask for a scientific inspection for cause of damage. I asked for a REPAIR estimate from the damage already decided on by the insurance company and 4 other contractors. I would never recommend these people.
