I am happy to say that in a shoping center full of CRAP i found a store that refused to compromise quality. There are a few other stores in the same parking lot and they are a joke. They carry scratched, dented USED furinture (they claim its all new but as mine as well be used) Classic Furniture Gallery had only quality and it apparent the moment you walk into their showroom. If you want NEW good Quality furniture i suggest you go see them. They are friendly and very quick with delivery.

I have purchased from classic furniture gallery on more than 3 occasions and have never been disapointed. They are friendly , knowledgable and willing to deliver right away. I would not go anywhere else for my furniture. This is my second home I have furnished with Sam and he can get you anything you need. He furnished my own personal home with gorgeous high quality furniture and was understanding when I needed to furnish my rental property on a budget. He can accomodate you no matter what you need. The communication has always been great and the whole staff from Sam (the owner) to the delivery team where friendly on time and helpful. I would reccomend Classic furniture gallery to anyone who likes fast friendly service and a store that can cater to any budget.

I do not reccomend this store. I purchased a sofa on Monday, Presidents day. The Manager/Owner was at first very accomodating, telling me anything is possible and that the furniture would be delivered same say and that what I wanted was in stock. Yet when the furniture was delivered, it was not the correct color. I was told that the color I wanted was not in stock and had to be ordered, but that it would be in, in two days. And that, at that time they would come back and switch out the cusions on the sofa, no problem. I was told to contact them on Wednesday to set up a time for them to come out. When I contacted them on Wednesday I was told the cusions had not come in and that there were at least two other couples waiting for the same arrangement. I was then told that it would be Friday or Saturday before I would receive the correct colored cusions. Meanwhile I have a sofa in my home that does not match any of my decor and do not want. Saturday I stop in to see if the cushions had arrived and the Manager/Owner was really very rude and told me no, that they had not come in and were back-ordered and he did not know when they would arrive. I kindly asked him to pick-up the in-correct sofa and refund my money that I would go elsewhere, as several other furniture stores carry that same sofa and had the correct color in stock. Again, he became a totally different person from the man I dealt with in the beginning with the "Anything is possible" attitude. I was told absolutely not, that they were not going to refund my money or pick-up the incorrect furniture. And had the audacity to have me listen to a recording to the manufacturer about the furniture being backordered.



What a joke, I am filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals office and having them step in at this point. I have gotten no where with them and feel like I was no only lied to but also received very poor customer service.
