Capitol Mobile Tint

One of the worst experiences ever, this companies acts like they can give you the best tint off the bat, but I had to return to their shop twice because they messed up and the tint still looks horrible. They also stained and destroyed my back seat. Please avoid this place at all costs.

Great quality work, great customer service and great prices! Worked for a car dealership and these guys know what their stuff! I got all my windows tinted including the windshield and my taillights smoked.... I will be back to smoke my headlights and tint my second car!

This is your typical bait and switch...they give you this great deal for tinting your car then when you are there they want to add another 45 dollars to cover 2 of the 7 windows...the deal is only for 5 "large" windows...this was never mentioned when I spoke to "Mike" about tinting my car...I had mentioned that I wanted to tint all my windows and he proceeded to tell me they had the best deal in town...no mention of the extra on the 2 windows...



John was there to greet me on our appt time today at 9am...I was thinking this was a decent deal considering my father knows and works window tint back in TX. John has a very carefree attitude and seemed to be answering phones while trying to assist the people in the office including myself. This shop in no means should be busy with how my experience went down with them.



Maybe I might be on my own but when you are quoted a price it should be for the whole thing, not just 50% or 75% of the deal. I had informed Mike over the phone I wanted all windows done and he told me the living social deal was the best deal.



John's customer service skills need some work. When I informed him of taking my business elsewhere he almost cut me off saying "sorry...have a good day"...It came out very insincere but maybe that's just the way he is...don't know the guy...Some folks simply don't know how they come off...he must be one of them...



In conclusion: Avoid this place...Hidden charges may come into play for things implied to be included...It's almost like buying a car and then when you're there to make the purchase they come at you with "oh you wanted tires on the car? that'll be extra..." I'm in sales... I appreciate the upselling (trying to upgrade me from standard tint to their premium tint), but I don't care for the dancing around and faske attitude to boot...I want to know the price for everything I want up front so I can make a fair comparison...I wasted my time with these guys...but hey...now I'm getting both cars, all windows, done for less, getting a whole navigation and alarm system installed...things happen for a reason...bottomline...don't always go with the cheapest deal, go with the quality service...I'm positve these guys will bury themsleves deeper on doing what they do...
