the staff--very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. they exlplain everything and you get to see the development of the car repair on a daily basis by logging into the website they provide.

the job--on time and made my car looked brand new!

the price--not cheap but not expensive either. but its definitely worth it.

the bottom line--i never regret going to this repair shop. i look forward to their service if i needed another car repair.

Best service at and Autobody shop in town. They have excellent facilities and an even better staff. They get your car in and out in a timely fashion and educate you on the process. I don't care where you live in the Las Vegas area, you need to bring your car here if you want it done right!

I took my van to Automall Autobody this month after being rear-ended. They were great about contacting me to keep me informed about what was going on, helping me coordinate a rental car & communicating with the insurance company. The repairs look terrific! It was a bonus that not only did they make the repairs, but my car was washed, vaccummed and shined inside. I have used them more than once and will continue to do so.

My husband's 2005 Toyota Camry was in the middle of a three car pile up and needed extensive body work. We were so impressed with how AutoMall Autobody handled everything--including getting the insurance to pay. Now his car is as good as new!

I had my car there for a week and they told me they'd take care of a couple issues while it was there. Then I completely forgot about those issues and when I came to pick up I still didn't notice. It wasn't until I got home that I realized they had not only taken care of the issues we had discussed that I wasn't paying for, but they also fixed my alignment when other shops couldn't! I'm actually impressed and that doesn't happen much with me.

Took my truck to these guys after my power window broke. My power window broke two weeks after I had taken it to a auto local window shop that "specialized in $99 power window repair". The people at Automall Autobody looked at my truck window, took it in had it fixed in 3 hours - great service and great people. Prices are extremly reasonable as compared to other places - only $80 more than the discount guy. The discount place was a nightmare - like something they would spoof on Saturday Night Live or the twilight zone!
