I Pay In Full To AGS Truck Driver Training LLC. & Consultants Just To Find Out On The First Day Of Training They Only Have 1 Truck And The Owner Lost The License As A Third Party Tester From The DMV. I Went Into The Office To Cancel My Training And I See Owner With An Ankle Monitoring Devices "Bracelet" On Him, That Was A Bad Sign Right Away .

Daniel Rios I learned a lot about what to check for. Charlie was very informative. He kept saying securely mounted, no broke loose or missing part's. That really helped to remember. It's also just a part of what you have to check when you get out on the road

I checked around until I met Loretta a delightful, energetic and full of knowledge. I wasn't sold but I was all in.Classes started the next week and under the tutelage of Sarge, I passed the DMV CDL A general, air brakes and combinations tests and had my permit in my hand the end of the first week.Was it easy? NO! Since the classes are small, the 4 of us in my class got quality time with the instructor which induced our capacity to focus and study better.We arrived in the field for Pre-trip inspection training the following Monday and were greeted by another old soldier, Dale. After a lengthy introduction, Dale infused in our mind 1 thing, learn to listen and listen to learn which I later interpreted to mean "PAY ATTENTION"!3 of 4 of us passed the PTI, in cab, tug tests and the air brake tests the same week and were behind the wheel, at the backing range and then "shifters alley" the following week.Dale's instructions on shifting and all the other things going on while I was driving this gargantuan boggled my mind the first few hours of 1 on 1 training and it took me a while to get in the groove but Dale pulled me out of slump and had me shifting up and down smoothly.If not for some unexpected personal downtime, I would have had my Class A license in 21 work days which I owe to all the personal, 1 on 1 time that I received from all the instructors. I got my cdl in 2 days under 1 month, if your serious about this career then you can't wait the 16 weeks like the other big schools. Come here, it's small and you have the ability to be one on one with the instructors. They are on first name basis here, and they know your situation and help guide you. I'm glad I came here. Everyone on the staff at AGS is awesome! They have many years of experience and will prepare you for a career in trucking. I had the opportunity to drive trucks for the gas fields in Colorado, Sarge and Dale had me up and running in no time! The training is very well laid out and extremely safety oriented. I have been driving the fields for nearly 4 months now and still use the pre-trip notes from my training. The one on one driving training with Dale was the best! I was ready to drive when I arrived on site. I am still learning everyday but without AGS on my side the task would have been much more difficult. Bottom line is they really do care about their students and want them to be safe out there on the road. Sarge may bust your ass sometimes but that is only because he genuinely cares!

The 1on1 instruction was the best, Dale was incredible. There wasn't a question that he couldn't answer for me. He was patient and shared his knowledge, experience. I would suggest Dale to anyone who wants to learn the right,safe way.

Great driver training. I took the refresher course with Dale. He was bare none one of the best instructors I've ever had. I would highly recommend this course for anyone thinking of getting back into trucking if you've been away for a while. Dale is a senior instructor and is one of the best around.

The hands on training I received was excellent. Dale the one on one driving instructor was great and has a tremendous amount of experience driving and can answer just about any question you throw at him. All of the hands on skills move at your(the students) pace, you are not put it to any situation that both you and the instructor don't think you can handle. You are definitely given all the tools needed to succeed and I will definitely be refering anyone interested in driving to AGS.

The best professional truck driver training in Las Vegas! Great school. Great instructors. If you truly want to gain knowledge and experience in the trucking industry then AGS is the only choice. When I graduated and received my CDL A license, I left with a feeling of confidence from what I had learned in the classroom and most importantly all the one on one driving instruction AGS provided me. I want to say thank you to Sarge and Loretta for the great learning experience in and outside the classroom which helped me stay focused and prepared me for my DMV testing and endorsements. I also give a big thanks to my driving instructor Dale for all the one on one drive time and all the advice I received as well as all the great talks about life, the industry and my options after graduating school. A big thanks to Sarge and Dale for actually caring and sharing their expertise. I came in searching for a career change and a friend of mine actually recommended me to check this facility out. I came in with no experience whatsoever and never thought I would ever drive a rig. With patience and their help I learned how to perform various backup maneuvers and drove through the town with confidence. Very strict demeanor for safety which I appreciate much. In 1996I went through truck driver training in Atlanta Georgia. The training was packedwith student.if you were lucky you were allowed 2 hours a day of actual drive time not to mention the classroom portion was crammed tight. With AGS I wasn't faced with this issue. The classroom training was comfortable and the one on one driver training allows you maximum seat time. I also want to say the training was superior in every way in the technical expertise. Sarge and Dale delivered the information needed to achieve success not only in obtaining my CDL but also industry information needed to be successful. If you're looking to obtain your CDL look to AGS TRUCK DRIVER TRAINING. THERE'S NO TRAINING FACILITY BETTER IN THE STATE OF NEVADA OR FROM MY EXPERIENCE IN THE COUNTRY.

The instructors at AGS are very good at training and recertification training. I did my recertification training with Dale and he took his time helping me to readjust to backing and on the road driving since it had been 12 years since I had been behind the wheel of a rig. Also Sarge is a very tough but fair teacher when it comes down to prepping for the knowledge tests for DMV. I really do appreciate every thing Sarge and his team did to help me reattain my CDL class A. Thank you guys!

Thanks Sarge and Dale. If you want REAL one-on-one training this is the school you want! If you put in your time Sarge and Dale will teach you to drive properly and SAFELY! The day after I got my CDL I was in orientation and was hired and on the road with my trainer before the end of the week. The inside info I got from Sarge and Dale has already been invaluable. Being a woman and in my 40's I was quite nervous when I started the course but Sarge, Dale, and Loretta made me comfortable from the start. Sarge keeps the classroom part of the course interesting and explains everything so that everyone can understand and Dale, the brave man that he is, gets in the truck with you and shows you the ropes of driving, while Loretta keeps everything together in the background. We had a big class but everyone still received the one on one they needed to pass. Since receiving my CDL, any time I've called with a question they've been happy to help. Thanks A G S.

I really liked the one on one driver training. I passed my written tests first time because of the in depth classroom sessions. Be sure to research grant money available if you are unemployed as this was the best way to finance my training.
