Save yourself the headache -- Terrible Company to work with
collection service is fine, but when it comes to billing and dealing with logic, these people are idiots and incredibly inflexible. Rudeness beyond belief! Interesting that the hard workers out there dealing with the garbage are very nice and customer oriented... the office people have no functioning brains cells, have no care for their customers what so ever and are ready to let customers go in a flash -- I'm convinced! Wondering how they'll feel when they lose their jobs because they've not bothered to save any customers over their inept attitudes and failing business sense. Save yourself the time and headache of dealing with this company and go with someone else.. there are plenty of actual LOCAL businesses (not out of state business posing as local companies under a different name as is the case with ProD) that would be so happy to have your business, they'll actually earn it!

lax on refund
Having been a long standing customer of Pro Disposal, I am very disappointed by their lax attitude about reimbursement for two thirds of my contract unused as of August 1, 2009. It was said to take 6 to 8 wks for a refund.
Now it has been 13 weeks. I sent a reminder in the form of a letter, I have called and left a message for Dennis, I was told my letter was on his desk and I should look out for my refund in the mail. Nothing so far.
Service was good before I cancelled, but it is unacceptable and unprofessional to delay a refund this long.
