This pharmacy is a disgrace! There is so much chaos, disorganization, total incompetence, and idiotic policy structure in the place that it's a miracle they stay in business. They do a huge volume of business using equipment and procedures that are so outdated and archaic that they're useless. They lose prescriptions and authorizations on a regular basis. They have every employee running in and out of the pharmacy all day long, moving things, taking things, and leaving things all over the place. It's a shambles! The pharmacist is always trying to override the doctors. They change in house policies that make no sense, then blame the patient when complaints get made! The place is a disaster! My insurance company was able to get me out of that place and I am so much happier to be gone! I love the store itself but I will never subject myself to their pharmacy again!
